Set against the lively backdrop of oysters on ice and Champagne flowing, Pearl & Pop brings the sounds of New Orleans to the lakefront with a brassy blend of jazz, big band energy, and playful French pop. Live music fills the air throughout the day, creating an immersive soundtrack that pairs perfectly with the sights, aromas, and flavors of the Champagne and raw bar experience. It’s a place to gather, sip, and let the rhythm carry you away.

PEARL & POP CHAMPAGNE AND RAW BAR

Step into Pearl & Pop, a lively celebration of bubbles and brine set along the lakefront. This immersive activation centers around a stunning 360° raw and Champagne bar, where guests can indulge in freshly shucked oysters, chilled shrimp, decadent caviar, and pours of exclusively French Champagne. The atmosphere comes alive with the sounds of The Bandstand, where live music—featuring brassy New Orleans-style jazz and playful French pop—sets the rhythm throughout the day. It’s a sensory experience designed for sipping, savoring, and soaking in the vibrant energy of the festival.
