Luke Zahm

Luke Zahm is a Wisconsin chef, restaurateur, and passionate advocate for the farmers, foodways, and communities of the Driftless Region. A James Beard Award semifinalist and host of the Emmy® Award-winning Wisconsin Foodie, Luke has built his career around connecting diners to local producers through The Driftless Cafe, The Owl Farm, and his continued work championing a strong, sustainable Wisconsin food culture.
