A James Beard Award-nominated chef and familiar face from Top Chef, Chopped, and BBQ Brawl, Elena has become nationally recognized for her thoughtful approach to Indigenous foodways and farm-to-table cooking.

During this live demonstration, Elena will showcase the richness of Wisconsin agriculture through a menu built entirely from local ingredients, including a stunning Bison Tomahawk and a vibrant Three Sisters Salad inspired by Indigenous culinary traditions.
