Jason Morimoto

Chef Jason Morimoto is a Milwaukee-based sushi chef and the Season 2 winner of Morimoto’s Sushi Master on The Roku Channel, a competition judged by legendary chef Masaharu Morimoto. His career has been shaped by years of hands-on experience in Milwaukee-area sushi kitchens, including leadership roles at Screaming Tuna, where he developed a reputation for precision, creativity, and a deeply personal approach to Japanese cuisine.
